AILA 2008 Congress Registration: Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the AILA 2008 Registration Team via e-mail to registration-aila2008@uni-due.de or via post to (AILA 2008 Congress Office, Universtätsstr. 12, 45117 Essen, Germany).
Cancellations received before 1st of June, 2008: full refund minus €30.
Cancellations received before 1st of August 2008: full refund minus €100
Cancellations received after 1st of August 2008 will not be entitled to a refund.
Bank transaction fees which result from sending the refund to your account will not be covered by AILA 2008. Transaction fees will be within your responsibility.
Cancellation of travel reservation and hotel reservation are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant and will not be processed by the AILA 2008 Congress Office.
