The Mercator Symposium will be held on August 27, 2008 at the Congress Center Essen dealing with:

Training on the subject and language support for pupils from families with migration backgrounds

(Fachliche und sprachliche Förderung von Schülern mit Migrationsgeschichte)

Since workshops are limited to 250 participants we would kindly ask you to register as soon as possible. 

Information on program

The 2008 Mercator-Symposium will be dealing with Training on the subject and language support for pupils from families with migration backgrounds. (Fachliche und sprachliche Förderung von Schülern mit Migrationsgeschichte) The progam includes four introductory presentations from international experts, workshops in the afternoon will provide a platform for scientific discussions  and the exchange of ideas with experts from the field.
