The application procedure is closed

Unfortunately not all applicants could be awarded financial support. After careful consideration of all applications the AILA Solidarity Award committee has announced the following awardees.

List of awardees

AILA Solidarity Awards

Based on the resources of a Solidarity Fund made possible by generous donations of individuals, businesses, and organizations, AILA offers a limited number of Solidarity Awards to scholars in Applied Linguistics who might be unable to participate in the World Congress without financial support. For application procedure details, see the AILA Website www.aila.info/about/awards.htm

DAAD Grants

The German Academic Exchange Service/Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst has promised to make available funds for an additional solidary fund for participants in need of financial support. Exact details as to conditions and eligibility  as well as application procedure will be published soon.
