Essen Marketing GmbH, the official tourist and information office of the City of Essen, has commissioned a large number of hotel rooms and other accommodation on behalf of AILA 2008. Nevertheless, please book your accommodation as early as possible, as the contingent is restricted.
Please note: Essen provides a comprehensive local passenger transport service within the city and beyond, via its extensive links with the region. Please note that a ticket for all transport within VRR (http://www.vrr.de/) will be included in the conference fee. So, staying in one of the neighbouring communities is also an option. Check the VRR website for network information, travel times, and schedules.
